travail.<\/p><p>Ainsi, je propose une formation suppl\u00e9mentaire aupr\u00e8s des acteurs de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer et augmenter la d\u00e9marche de pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>La culture s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est une d\u00e9marche engag\u00e9e par la hi\u00e9rarchie, mais chacun est acteur, notamment les membres des CSE et CSSCT.<\/p><p>La formation que je propose est donc de d\u00e9terminer le r\u00f4le et la contribution des membres du CSE dans la sant\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs.<\/p><p>En ce sens, je m\u2019oriente vers une collaboration et un partenariat \u00e0 venir pour le 2eme semestre 2024.<\/p><p>Cela dit, Ref-Prevention est et sera \u00e0 vos c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour aider \u00e0 former, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 entreprendre et mettre \u00e0 jour l\u2019ensemble des documents n\u00e9cessaires, comme le document unique, l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels, le suivi des actions, le suivi des salari\u00e9s, \u2026\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
